PhD in Photovoltaic Solar Energy from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) in 2015. Master’s degree in Photovoltaic Solar Energy in 2011. Master’s degree in Renewable energies, fuel cells and hydrogen in 2010. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universitá Politecnica delle Marche (Italy) in 2008.

Assistant professor at the Department of Construction and Technology in Architecture (DCTA), Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura, UPM, since 2017. Member of the Solar Energy Institute (IES-UPM) and of the Renewable Distributed Generation and Intelligent Control (GEDIRCI) research group. Member of the Innovation and Technology for Development Center (itdUPM) and of the Experimental Spaces Commission of itdUPM.

His research activity focuses on the integration of renewable energy sources into the built environment and strategies for improving the overall energy performance of buildings.
